At the Ladders, we're seeking a highly skilled Associate Manager to join our Tax Advisory team. As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with senior managers, vice-presidents, and partners on cross-border transactions, providing expert guidance on U.S. tax issues.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with senior team members on buy and sell side cross-border transactions
- Assist with cross-border corporate and high-net-worth individual personal tax planning
- Conduct research on U.S. tax issues to provide informed guidance
