We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Manager to join our U.S. Advisory team. As a key member of our team, you will participate in cross-border transactions, assist with corporate and individual tax planning, and research U.S. tax issues.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with senior managers, vice-presidents, and partners on buy and sell side cross-border transactions.
- Assist with cross-border corporate and high-net-worth individual personal tax planning.
- Conduct research on U.S. tax issues to provide expert advice.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Strong knowledge of U.S. tax laws and regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
