Restaurant Operations Manager

Duke Food Service Inc. is seeking a skilled Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, ensuring that food is prepared and served to the highest standards.
- Inventory and Supply Chain: Requisition food and kitchen supplies, maintaining accurate records of stock and wastage.
- Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain records of sales, repairs, and other relevant data, providing valuable insights for business growth and improvement.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications, such as food safety and handling.
- Language: English.
- Work Term: Permanent.
- Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
