Key Responsibilities- Establish and Implement Operational Procedures
Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules, manage inventory, and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Supervise and Train StaffRecruit, train, and supervise a team of staff members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties efficiently.
Manage Food and Service QualityOversee the preparation and presentation of food, ensuring that it meets our high standards of quality and presentation.
Address Customer ComplaintsRespond promptly and professionally to customer complaints, resolving issues in a fair and timely manner.
Maintain Records and ReportsAccurately maintain records of stock, sales, and other relevant data, providing regular reports to management.
Requirements- Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
ExperienceAt least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the food service industry.
LanguageFluent in English.
AvailabilityAvailable to work a minimum of 30 hours per week.
