Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Duke Food Service Inc. as a Restaurant Operations Manager. This is a permanent position with a 30 to 40 hour work week.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and Implement Operational Procedures
Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Inventory Management and RequisitioningOversee the requisitioning of food and kitchen supplies, maintaining optimal inventory levels to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
Staff Supervision and TrainingSupervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, providing guidance and training on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure a high level of service quality.
Quality Control and Customer ServiceEnsure that food and service meet quality control standards, addressing customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Record Keeping and ReportingMaintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business growth and improvement.
Requirements- Education and Experience
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
Language and Work EnvironmentFluency in English and ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
