Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to oversee the preparation and serving of food at JADE GARDEN RESTAURANT. As a supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring quality control standards are met, addressing customer concerns, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Food Preparation and Service: Supervise and coordinate food preparation activities, estimate ingredients needed, and ensure the quality of food and service.
- Customer Service: Handle customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Inventory Management: Requisition food and kitchen supplies, and maintain accurate records of inventory levels.
- Team Management: Establish work schedules, supervise and coordinate the work of kitchen staff, and maintain a positive and productive team environment.
- Reporting and Record-Keeping: Prepare reports and maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer feedback.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a food service environment
- Work Setting: Fast-paced restaurant environment
- Supervision: Working groups
- Work Conditions: Physically demanding, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure
- Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with others to achieve common goals
