Wealth Management Enablement and Activation Leader RoleThe Wealth Management Enablement and Activation leader will proactively lead the firm's transformation to offering comprehensive wealth management and financial planning in Canada. They will co-create a strategy to engage branch and home office teams on this journey, developing in-person and virtual modes of adoption.
This leader will drive the adoption of existing and new financial planning tools and resources, which branches will use to facilitate comprehensive planning and advice for clients. The team will be the primary talent driving activation and enablement of wealth management for Edward Jones branch and home office teams.
We estimate the salary for this role to be around $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
