Job Description

Caldic North America is seeking a highly skilled Revenue Growth Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our Commercial Team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and developing pricing strategies that align with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pricing Strategy Development: Establish and implement pricing strategies that drive profitable growth and optimize revenue streams.
  • Revenue Analysis and Forecasting: Conduct thorough market research and analyze sales data to provide accurate revenue forecasts and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a cross-functional team to ensure effective execution of pricing strategies and initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Economics.
  • 5+ years of experience in revenue management, pricing, or analytics, preferably in the food & beverage manufacturing and distribution industry.
  • Proven leadership skills, analytical mindset, and excellent interpersonal skills.
