Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Chief Sales and Revenue Growth Strategist to oversee our sales and marketing efforts, drive revenue growth, and maximize profitability.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve measurable incremental occupancy, increase average rates, and boost volume, food, and beverage sales.
  • Manage day-to-day sales activities, plan and assign work, and establish performance and development goals for team members.
  • Provide mentoring, coaching, and regular feedback to help manage conflict, improve team member performance, and recognize good performance.
  • Create and sustain a vibrant Social Media presence for the hotel and restaurant.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and outside contacts to produce group and convention business.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of sales and marketing experience, with prior leadership experience in directly managing a department within a similar hotel or resort scope.
  • Strong creative and analytical skills to create and assess the impact of sales and marketing programs.
  • Highly developed written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to negotiate, persuade, influence, and sell.
