About the Position


Job Responsibilities
As a Financial Systems Analyst at Thegradcafe, you will be responsible for configuring, testing, and implementing Sales Compensation plans in Xactly Incent. You will work closely with the Sales Compensation team to provide business systems support for Xactly Sales Compensation financial system. Your duties will include collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system integrations, implementing new Sales Comp plans, including process documentation, design, and configuration testing. Additionally, you will act as a financial systems ambassador to minimize redundancies and inefficiencies.

Your Skills and Qualifications
  • We require strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with acute attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience is preferred.
  • Experience using Xactly Incent and advanced competency with Microsoft applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power Platform, SharePoint) are highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits
An estimated salary range of $80,000-$110,000 per annum reflects your expertise and value to our organization. You will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
