Sales Business Development Specialist

As a Sales Business Development Specialist at Service365, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expansion through strategic sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Conduct thorough research to identify potential customers and initiate outreach efforts via phone, email, Teams, and in-person meetings.
- Product Demonstrations: Showcase the features and benefits of our Field Service Management software to prospective clients, highlighting its capabilities and value proposition.
- Pipeline Management: Proactively manage the sales pipeline, ensuring that prospects are moved through the sales process towards successful closures.
- Prospect Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with warm and cold leads, nurturing them through targeted engagement strategies.
- Sales Objectives: Consistently meet or exceed designated sales targets, demonstrating exceptional performance and results-driven mindset.
- Sales Materials Preparation: Develop tailored presentations and sales materials that cater to client needs, showcasing our software's capabilities and value.
- Product Development Collaboration: Collaborate with the product team to gather insights from customer feedback, influencing future product releases and feature enhancements.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Experience: 1+ years of sales experience; SaaS industry experience is highly desirable, with a background in Field Service (Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, etc.) being a significant asset.
- Education: Formal education is beneficial, but a passion for sales and a willingness to learn are essential qualities.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, coupled with a high level of professionalism.
- Personality: Energetic, vibrant, and outgoing personality that resonates with clients and builds strong relationships.
- Tech Savvy: Passionate about software and technology, with strong computer skills and the ability to quickly adapt to new systems.

Compensation and Benefits:
