Job Title: Administrative Sales Specialist
Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per annum
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to a team of regional sales representatives, ensuring seamless communication and efficient task management.
- Prepare quotations and system evaluation agreements with precision and attention to detail.
- Liaise between sales and various departments to coordinate questions, provide status updates, and ensure timely processing and turnaround of quotations.
- Coordinate new sales initiatives/campaigns by researching, preparing, and distributing data to sales teams.
- Maintain project notes and train staff on new applications to optimize database efficiency.
- Update and maintain contact data/information in the database to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate customer visits at all stages of the process, including preparing agendas, confirming personnel availability, scheduling meetings, ordering/setup/cleaning food, etc.
- Log daily/weekly/monthly sales activity to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare reports and customer documentation (e.g., letters, manuals, commercial policies) as required.
- Perform other duties as required to support the sales team's success.
Qualifications:
- College education in a related field (Business, Administration) or equivalent experience.
- 0-1 year of office administrative experience.
- 0-1 year of sales/service sector experience.
Requirements:
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Adaptability to new and changing processes.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
