About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Account Manager to join our team at Amazon Web Services Canada, Inc. As a TAM, you will be responsible for providing technical guidance and support to our enterprise customers, helping them to achieve the greatest value from our cloud services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to customers on the use of AWS services, including compute, storage, database, and more.
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive customer adoption and use of AWS services.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their business and technical needs, and provide solutions to meet those needs.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of AWS services to customers.
  • Travel to customer sites as needed to provide on-site support and guidance.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of technical engineering experience.
  • Experience with operational parameters and troubleshooting for three or more of the following: compute, storage, networking, CDN, databases, DevOps, big data and analytics, security, and applications development in a distributed systems environment.
  • Bachelor's degree.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with AWS services or other cloud offerings.
  • Experience in internal enterprise or external customer-facing environment as a technical lead.
