Job Title: Corporate Actions Specialist
Job Summary:
As a Corporate Actions Specialist at BMO Financial Group, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of global operations, including trade processing, settlement, and custody services. You will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, internal stakeholders, and business partners, ensuring timely and accurate processing of transactions, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert-level support for trade processing, settlement, and custody services, ensuring timely and accurate execution of transactions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, business partners, and clients to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional customer service.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, internal stakeholders, and business partners to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements, industry developments, and best practices to ensure compliance and excellence in service delivery.
- Participate in process improvements, quality control, and risk management initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new processes, systems, and tools to support business growth and innovation.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in a related field, preferably in financial services or operations.
- Strong knowledge of trade processing, settlement, and custody services, as well as regulatory requirements and industry developments.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities, deadlines, and workloads, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
