The Opportunity:
We are currently seeking a Corporate Actions Administrator to become a vital part of our Operations team.
Reporting to the Supervisor of Corporate Actions, the Corporate Actions Administrator will oversee the processing and reporting of reorganizations, offers, name changes, and other corporate actions related to securities held at Aviso.

Your Daily Responsibilities:
- Coordinate, review, and disseminate all mandatory and voluntary bulletins for Canadian and US depositories.
- Process all mandatory and voluntary corporate actions for securities held at Aviso with exceptional precision and within established service standards.
- Handle all daily entitlements.
- Ensure all corporate actions are processed with the appropriate tax treatment for US or Canadian regulations.
- Set up client accounts for dividend reinvestment plans (DRIPs) based on received requests.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to both external and internal clients.
- Regularly update procedure manuals to comply with internal controls and regulatory standards.
- Actively engage in team meetings and contribute ideas for process enhancements.
Your Qualifications:
- Some post-secondary education (including professional development).
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) is an asset.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to identify discrepancies and propose solutions.
- Capability to work independently and apply knowledge with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing workloads.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities.
- Fluent communication skills in English are required; bilingual skills in French are a plus.

Salary:
This position offers an expected salary range of $52,000 - $63,000 CAD annually. Individual compensation packages are determined based on various factors unique to each candidate and the requirements of the position.
