We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Corporate Actions Administrator to join our team at Options Consulting Solutions. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of corporate actions and daily processing activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with various administrative tasks to support the successful day-to-day operations of the firm.
  • Process corporate actions on clients' securities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Manage daily processing activities from start to finish, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders as needed.
  • Coordinate reorganizations, redemptions, bankruptcies, and other corporate actions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Set up and process full and partial calls, as well as support the setup and processing of class actions.
  • Review information and reconcile inaccuracies, ensuring the utmost accuracy of necessary information.
  • Gather and organize information related to corporate actions, managing deadlines for time-sensitive matters.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by management, contributing to the overall success of the team.
Requirements
  • Post-secondary education in a relevant field, such as business administration or finance.
  • Experience within the brokerage/investment industry, with a strong understanding of financial products and procedures.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to handle competing priorities and multi-tasking.
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on efficiency and accuracy.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility.
