- Review information and reconcile inaccuracies, ensuring the utmost accuracy of necessary information.
- Gather and organize information related to corporate actions, managing deadlines for time-sensitive matters.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management, contributing to the overall success of the team.
- Post-secondary education in a relevant field, such as business administration or finance.
- Experience within the brokerage/investment industry, with a strong understanding of financial products and procedures.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to handle competing priorities and multi-tasking.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on efficiency and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility.
