Medical Sales Representative

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated Medical Sales Associate to join our Daikin Group team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in the medical industry.
Job Summary:
The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of progressive sales experience, with a strong background in the HVAC industry. You will be responsible for maintaining existing accounts, generating new leads, and providing excellent customer service through face-to-face interactions, phone calls, and emails.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and expand our market share.
- Identify new sales opportunities and generate leads through proactive networking and outreach efforts.
- Provide expert product knowledge and technical support to customers, ensuring they receive the best possible solutions for their needs.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure we remain competitive in the market.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including customer interactions, sales data, and marketing materials.
- Contribute to the development of sales strategies and tactics to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
- 3-6 years of progressive sales experience in the HVAC industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding customer expectations.
- Strong product knowledge and technical skills, with the ability to communicate complex information effectively to customers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
- Highly organized and self-motivated, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
