About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join their team in East Montreal, Anjou. This permanent position offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 to $64,000 and a comprehensive benefits package.

Job Description

This dynamic role involves providing administrative support to the Head of the Claims and RMP Department. Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with security agents' regulations, responding to information requests from employers and employees, verifying payroll records, analyzing claims, and occasionally covering for the receptionist.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional analytical skills, strong proficiency in MS Office, and excellent numerical aptitude. A DEC or equivalent diploma and at least 5 years of office experience are required. Impeccable mastery of French and advanced English skills are also essential.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A DEC or equivalent diploma

  • At least 5 years of office experience
  • Strong analytical skills, excellent numerical aptitude, and team spirit
