Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the execution of the end-to-end talent management cycle programs, including performance assessment and objective setting processes.
  • Develop and implement key talent programs, including the Early Talent Leadership Program and the Operations Supervisor program.
  • Support the preparation and execution of CF's Leadership Talent Review process.
  • Leverage best practices, technology, and competitive trends to continuously improve delivery of talent management processes.
  • Own the design of the recruitment process, systems, and technologies.
  • Support initiatives on CF's Inclusion and Diversity (I&D) roadmap.
  • Lead communication of CF's employment value proposition on our social media platforms.
  • Develop external partnerships with third-party service providers.

Requirements:

  • University degree in business or a related discipline.
  • Minimum years of relevant experience with a focus on talent management.
  • CHRP designation.
  • Experience with larger-scale process and project management.
  • HR Generalist experience and/or business experience outside HR can be an asset.

  • Strong knowledge in organizational design, talent, and performance management.
  • Thoughtful, direct, and candid communication style.
  • Strong knowledge of process improvement and project management.
  • Highly adaptable with a track record of success during times of growth and organizational change.

Working Conditions:

  • Typical office environment with little exposure to noise, dirt, or external elements.
  • Required to remain sitting for extended periods of time and continuous use of fine motor skills for keyboarding.
