About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Talent Specialist to join our dynamic team at Eagle Professional Resources. As an IT Talent Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying top IT talent using our leading-edge technology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with our Account Executives and Hiring Managers to place highly skilled candidates in contract and permanent positions with esteemed employers;
  • Develop, manage and expand existing candidate and client relationships;
  • Engage with a tight-knit team that focuses on winning, learning, teamwork, and fun;
  • Manage multiple projects with a positive attitude and dedication to excellence.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education in Business Administration or equivalent experience;
  • 1-2 years' proven work experience in a sales, marketing or customer service-focused environment;
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills;
  • Ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
