Pandora Store Manager Assistant

As a key member of our Pandora team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales in our stores. The Assistant Store Manager will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in achieving our business objectives, while also taking ownership of specific areas of the store.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing a store culture that embodies our brand values and inspires team members to be brand ambassadors.
  • Establishing a high-performance selling environment that creates memorable experiences for our customers.
  • Embodying our brand philosophy in every customer interaction, ensuring a lasting impression is made.
  • Coaching and inspiring a team of talented Pandorians to achieve their KPI goals.
  • Crafting a network of talented individuals to join our team.
  • Delivering a world-class shopping experience, with a focus on customer satisfaction and effective loss prevention.

Requirements for this role include:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a high-performance selling environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with people at all levels.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical thinking, with a focus on delivering positive results.
  • Ability to manage time effectively, delegate tasks, and prioritize responsibilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, KWI, POS systems, and applicant tracking systems.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
