Job Description

We are seeking a Sales Lead to join our team in a high-performance selling environment. As a Sales Lead, you will be the ultimate Pandora fan, fully immersing yourself in our brand, culture, and product. You will take immense pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences and provide support to managers and sales associates to ensure the delivery of our success in-store.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A results-oriented selling background with at least 2 years of experience in a high-performance selling environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization.
  • Business acumen sharper than a diamond, coupled with analytical thinking that can show and deliver positive results.
  • Time management skills, effortlessly setting and adjusting priorities while delegating tasks like a pro.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, KWI, POS systems, and applicant tracking systems.
  • To be at least 18 years or older and provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
