Job Title: Financial Administrator

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Administrator to join our team at ONTARIO INC. As a Financial Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing cheques for payroll, and performing various accounting tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll
  • Calculate fixed assets and depreciation
  • Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
  • Maintain general ledgers and financial statements
  • Post journal entries
  • Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports
  • Prepare trial balance of books
  • Reconcile accounts

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
