Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineering Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our infrastructure development team, you will play a crucial role in the design, planning, and execution of telecommunications tower builds across Canada.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Execution: Lead the planning, design, and construction of telecommunications towers, ensuring compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulations.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and support to the Chief Operating Officer and other stakeholders, resolving day-to-day issues and managing subcontractors.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple complex build projects, conducting site assessments and feasibility studies, developing and maintaining project documentation, and overseeing the procurement of materials and services.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Build relationships across internal teams, collaborating on collecting and evaluating information, focusing on feasibility and scope, and acting as a bridge across internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: A civil engineering education and background, with a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering results on time and within budget.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with industry standards, codes, and regulations, including environmental and zoning requirements.
  • Technical Skills: Comfortable with CAD, Digital Twin, and other modern engineering and project management tools.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build productive relationships across the organization and with external stakeholders, influencing without authority.
