About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Executive to join our team at TEQTRONIX INTERNATIONAL INC. as Vice-President - Trade, Broadcasting and Other Services. This is a senior leadership role that requires a strong background in trade, broadcasting, and other services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership to the trade, broadcasting, and other services teams, ensuring alignment with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs, ensuring effective use of resources to achieve business objectives.
  • Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions, ensuring the right structure and talent to drive business success.
  • Co-ordination and Collaboration: Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments, fostering a culture of collaboration and teamwork to achieve business objectives.
  • Policy Formulation: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs, ensuring they are aligned with the company's overall strategy.
  • Representation and Negotiation: Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions, ensuring the company's interests are represented effectively.
  • Talent Management: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, delegate the necessary authority to them, and create optimum working conditions to ensure the success of the organization.
  • Financial and Administrative Controls: Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate and approve promotional campaigns, and approve overall human resources planning, ensuring the company's financial and administrative functions are managed effectively.
Requirements
  • Education: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, commerce, or a related field.
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in trade, broadcasting, and other services.
  • Language: Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
