About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Executive to join our team at TEQTRONIX INTERNATIONAL INC. as a key member of our leadership team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Provide strategic direction and guidance to the organization, aligning with our overall business objectives.
  • Resource Allocation: Effectively allocate human, financial, and material resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
  • Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
  • Co-ordination: Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Policies and Programs: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs to drive business growth.
  • Representation: Represent the organization, or delegate representatives, in negotiations or other official functions.
  • Staff Management: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, delegate necessary authority, and create optimum working conditions.
  • Financial and Administrative Controls: Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate and approve promotional campaigns, and approve overall human resources planning.
Personal Suitability
  • Excellent Communication: Possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Organized: Demonstrate strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Initiative: Show initiative and drive to achieve business objectives.
  • Work Term: This is a permanent position.
  • Work Language: English is the primary language of communication.
  • Hours: The working hours are 30 hours per week.
