About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Executive to join our team at TEQTRONIX INTERNATIONAL INC. as a key member of our leadership team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning and Execution
    • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to drive business growth and success.
    • Establish and manage budgets, financial plans, and resource allocation to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Leadership and Management
    • Lead and manage senior staff, including directors and middle managers, to ensure effective team performance and achievement of business goals.
    • Develop and implement talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
  • Business Development and Partnerships
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations to drive growth and revenue.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and industry partners.
  • Operational Excellence
    • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality.
    • Establish and maintain effective financial and administrative controls to ensure compliance and risk management.
Requirements
  • Education
    • College or CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior executive or leadership role.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
    • Strong leadership, management, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to develop and implement strategic plans and policies.
    • Experience in budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation.
    • Ability to lead and manage teams to achieve business goals.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
