Director, Business Banking

We're seeking a seasoned leader to join our team as a Director, Business Banking. As a key member of our Business Banking team, you will be responsible for building, developing, and leading a team of Senior Managers and Team Leaders to meet the business and personal needs of our clients and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of Senior Managers and Team Leaders to achieve business and financial goals.
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and improve client relationships.
  • Partner with local banking centre leaders to deliver flexible and innovative product solutions to clients.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners to drive business growth.
  • Develop and lead the development of financial, business, and credit management plans to achieve business goals.
Requirements:
  • Proven leadership and management experience in Business Banking or a related field.
  • Strong business development and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and improve client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • University degree in Business or a related field.
