Senior People Business Partner

Procurify is seeking a seasoned Senior People Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our People Operations team, you will play a critical role in driving strategic initiatives that enhance the performance and effectiveness of our technology teams.
Key Responsibilities- Engagement and Program Management: Develop and implement programs that foster high levels of participation and engagement among our technology teams, including onboarding, engagement surveys, performance reviews, and other initiatives.
- Data and Analytics: Create custom dashboards to track organizational health metrics and execute eNPS surveys to inform data-driven decision making.
- Communication and Feedback: Establish regular communication channels with technology leaders and team members to ensure transparency and alignment on company initiatives, program launches, and results.
- Performance Management: Collaborate with managers to develop and implement performance management strategies that drive accountability and acumen among team members.
- People Program Alignment: Partner with the People Team to ensure seamless execution of programs and processes that support the technology teams.
- Knowledge and Information Champion: Serve as the primary point of contact for technology teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date data and information.
- Conflict Resolution: Provide guidance and support to resolve conflicts and issues that arise within the technology teams.
- Strategic Contributions and Mentoring: Contribute to long-term strategic planning and coaching and mentoring the Business Partner function to scale and grow cohesively as a team.
- 5+ years of experience in People Operations, with a significant portion working closely with technology teams.
- Strong understanding of talent management, especially in the context of high-growth tech or SaaS companies.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with technology leaders and team members.
- Proactive, independent, and thrive in dynamic environments, bringing a high level of strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to the table.
- Passionate about leveraging People expertise to enhance the performance and overall effectiveness of technology teams.
