Procurify is seeking a seasoned Senior People Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our People Operations team, you will play a critical role in driving strategic People initiatives that align with our company goals.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement programs to enhance employee engagement, retention, and overall experience.
- Collaborate with technology teams to understand their unique needs and develop tailored solutions to support their success.
- Design and deliver training programs to upskill and reskill employees, focusing on areas such as leadership development, communication, and collaboration.
- Conduct regular check-ins with employees to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
- Work closely with the People Team to develop and implement policies, procedures, and processes that support our company culture and values.
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers and employees on performance management, conflict resolution, and other HR-related matters.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in People Operations and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement within our organization.
- 5+ years of experience in People Operations, with a focus on technology teams.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful People initiatives that drive business results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with employees at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform business decisions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and partnership.
- Up-to-date knowledge of employment law and regulations.
At Procurify, we offer a competitive salary range of $72,000 - $100,000 CAD, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, vision, and dental coverage, as well as a generous stock option plan.
