Key Responsibilities:- Form strategic partnerships with client groups to drive business outcomes
- Drive manager effectiveness through targeted consultation and coaching
- Facilitate organizational development through initiatives that improve team effectiveness and performance
- Manage employee relations cases with expertise and creative thinking
- Champion data-driven decision-making through our industry-leading people analytics platform
- Lead talent projects and initiatives that drive business impact
- Relevant post-secondary qualification in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including related positions such as HR Business Partner
- Proven track record of strategic partnership and/or consultation to help organizations achieve results
- Excellent business acumen and a broad view of business beyond just HR
- Experience with analytics and data-driven decision-making practices
- Strong functional knowledge of US employment law and the ability to research other jurisdictions and practices when needed
