About the Role

Procurify is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior People Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our People Operations department, you will play a critical role in driving strategic initiatives that align with our company's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engagement and Program Management: Develop and implement programs to enhance employee engagement, participation, and overall experience. This includes designing and executing onboarding processes, engagement surveys, performance reviews, and other initiatives.
  • Data and Analytics: Create custom dashboards to track organizational health metrics and execute eNPS surveys. Provide transparent analysis and recommendations to drive business outcomes.
  • Over-Communication: Establish regular communication channels with technology leaders and team members to ensure alignment and transparency. This includes sharing company updates, strategic initiatives, and program launches.
  • Feedback Loops: Design and implement feedback programs to ensure continuous improvement and growth. This includes roundtables, polls, surveys, 1:1 meetings, and team meetings.
  • Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management processes to drive accountability and acumen among managers. This includes coaching, feedback, and goal-setting.
  • People Program Alignment: Partner with the People Team to ensure alignment and integration of people programs and processes. This includes total rewards, talent acquisition, and other initiatives.
  • Knowledge and Information Champion: Serve as the point of contact for technology teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date data and information.
  • Conflict Resolution: Manage conflicts and issues related to performance, disagreements with management, scope of roles, team member/peer issues, and lack of communication or recognition.
  • Strategic Contributions and Mentoring: Contribute to long-term strategic planning and coaching and mentoring the Business Partner function to drive growth and scalability.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in People Operations, with a significant portion working closely with technology teams.
  • Strong understanding of talent management, especially in high-growth tech or SaaS companies.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with technology leaders and team members.
  • Proactive, independent, and able to thrive in dynamic environments.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of employment law and ability to escalate to legal experts when necessary.
  • Passionate about leveraging People expertise to enhance performance and effectiveness of technology teams.
