Sales Development Representative

Nedco is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team in London. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our customers in the electrical distribution industry.
Key Responsibilities- Prospect and Onboard New Accounts: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base.
- Develop Sales Strategies: Create and implement plans to increase sales growth in existing customer accounts.
- Conduct Account Visits: Regularly visit customers to ensure account coverage and identify new sales opportunities.
- Manage Opportunity Pipeline: Develop and maintain a pipeline of sales opportunities to support monthly sales objectives.
- Collaborate with Regional Sales Manager: Attend weekly strategy meetings and team meetings to align on sales goals and strategies.
- Document Sales Activities: Ensure all sales activities are properly documented in our CRM system.
- Provide Excellent Customer Service: Facilitate industry-leading customer service between project, branch, and operational teams.
- 2-3 Years of Sales Experience: Proven sales experience within the electrical distribution industry or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Relationship Building: Proven ability to build and maintain productive relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Sales Performance: Track record of achieving sales targets and driving sales growth.
- Communication Skills: Outstanding communication skills to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Negotiation Skills: Excellent negotiation skills to secure sales agreements.
- CRM Experience: Experience with CRM software to manage sales activities and customer relationships.
