Key Responsibilities- Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and revenue.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
- Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling product presentations, understanding client needs and recommending appropriate solutions to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Quotations & Proposals: Prepare and present quotes and proposals to clients, negotiating terms and closing sales deals.
- Account Management: Maintain and build strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- CRM Management: Update and manage client information and sales activities in the CRM system, tracking progress and reporting on sales metrics.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, customer service, and operations to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new sales opportunities.
- Experience: 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in the portable washroom, construction, or event services industry.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
