Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team in London, ON. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth, building customer relationships, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service
    • Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries and concerns.
    • Resolve customer issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Sales and Business Development
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive sales growth and customer loyalty.
  • Product Knowledge and Support
    • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and features to provide accurate and informed responses to customer inquiries.
    • Provide product support and training to customers as needed.
  • Team Collaboration
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer service, to achieve business objectives.
    • Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture that values diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Requirements

  • Experience
    • A minimum of three years of inside sales or customer service experience.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Proven ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships with customers.
    • Strong multitasking and time management skills.
    • Be computer literate and proficient in CRM software.
    • AS400 experience is an asset.
    • Electrical apprenticeship experience is considered an advantage.
    • Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
