Financial Sales Representative

Compensation
  • Competitive base wage of $16.55/hr with a guaranteed minimum pay rate protection
  • Commission structure that allows for increased take-home pay each week
Role Responsibilities
  • Educate customers on the features and benefits of credit cards within the store and kiosk
  • Drive sales, advocacy, and brand awareness for our client's product
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a great experience for all customers
  • Develop creative approaches to engage customers and share the benefits of the product
  • Build and maintain positive working relationships with store personnel
  • Maintain confidentiality when working with customer information
Requirements

Keys to success:

  • Outgoing and personable with a passion for interacting with people
  • Customer service or sales experience is an asset
  • Comfortable delivering key messages and communicating effectively
  • Strong listening and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Comfortable with a flexible work environment and schedule
