We're seeking a skilled Customer Experience Manager, Development & Construction to oversee customer service responsibilities for development projects. As a key member of our team, you'll support pre-occupancy and after-sales service, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct site visits to identify deficiencies and ensure quality control.
- Collaborate with the development team to implement design choices and manage trades and service technicians.
- Prepare and issue work orders, purchase orders, and back charges as required.
- Act as primary point of contact for owners, answering questions and ensuring expectations are met.
- Track project schedules and identify risks that may impact the budget and schedule.
Requirements:
- 3 years' experience in new development or construction, specifically in multi-family residential.
- Post-secondary education in a related discipline.
- A valid driver's license.
