Customer Experience Manager, Development and Construction Position

We're seeking a skilled Customer Experience Manager, Development and Construction to oversee customer service responsibilities for development projects. The ideal candidate will support pre-occupancy and after-sales service, focusing on enhancing customer experience through the development and construction process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct site visits to identify deficiencies and ensure quality control.
  • Collaborate with the development team to implement design choices and manage trades and service technicians.
  • Prepare and issue work orders, purchase orders, and back charges as required.
  • Act as primary point of contact for owners, answering questions and ensuring expectations are met.
  • Track project schedules and identify risks that may impact the budget and schedule.

Requirements:

  • 3 years' experience in new development or construction, specifically in multi-family residential.
  • Post-secondary education in a related discipline.
  • A valid driver's license.
