High Security Sales Specialist

We are currently seeking a Key Account Specialist, High Security Products to be based in our headquarters.
Job Summary
In this role, you'll provide exceptional service and support for customers working with our High Security segment. You will be responsible for technical inquiries, order entry, and status updates. Additionally, you'll collaborate with the Sales team on sales and growth initiatives with customers. In this position, you'll report to the Customer Service Manager.
Your Key Responsibilities
- You will act as the primary interface for customer inquiries, providing comprehensive support throughout the entire order cycle.
- You will enter customer orders into our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
- You will contribute to related sales and growth initiatives and projects with customers.
- You will develop a deep understanding of customer needs and anticipate and deliver exceptional service.
- You will provide dedicated and full-cycle customer service, supporting the customer(s) and Field Sales teams.
- You will consistently perform daily activities such as following up on expedited orders, following up on order information and technical inquiries, ensuring all Return Goods Authorizations (RGAs) and credits are processed, entering orders and replacement orders.
- You will support technical inquiries and provide information and guidance for customers.
- You will become well-versed in all high-security products and protocols and develop a deep understanding of architectural hardware used in High Security applications and support Customers when developing key schedules.
- You will provide ongoing communications throughout the order process and related activities, ensuring that customers are kept informed of order status and ship dates, and expedite order(s) if required.
- You will engage internal and factory resources to assist in providing timely solutions to issues.
- You will escalate issues in a timely fashion with CS Manager and Factory contacts.
- You will maintain close communications with the Sales team members sharing customer information, updates, and share suggestions for improvements in process or communications to better support the customer.
Your Education and Experience
- You should have secondary or post-secondary education.
- Related Industry experience is preferred.
- Experience with High Security products is an asset.
- You should have at least three (3) years' experience in customer service/order entry or inside sales role.
- You should have good working knowledge of ERP and EDI systems.
- You must be exceptionally customer-focused.
- You should have a technical aptitude to assist customers in troubleshooting and resolving their issues.
- You should be able to use multiple computer systems to gather and enter customer orders.
- You should be fluent in English; French bilingual fluency is an asset.
- You should be proficient with MS Office tools.
- You should have strong time management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- You should have excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated success working in a team environment.

Salary
The estimated salary for this role is between $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. This is a competitive compensation package that reflects the value we place on our employees' contributions to the company's success.
