We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Seal Sales Engineer to join our team at EagleBurgmann Canada Inc.

EagleBurgmann is a leading provider of mechanical seals and related products, serving various industries across Canada.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze technical information to provide effective solutions to clients' sealing requirements;
- Troubleshoot end-user issues with sealing products, proposing and recommending solutions or new products;
- Evaluate and analyze failed seals, providing detailed failure analysis reports with application recommendations and solutions;
- Define Root Cause Analysis on warranty incidents, leading warranty response efforts;
- Assist in promoting, selling, and servicing our products in the Canadian territory, consistent with the company's objectives and customers' needs;
- Prepare technical proposals, review purchase orders, and work closely with planning/customer service and design staff for timely execution of quotations and orders;
- Project management/coordination, including coordination with suppliers/subsidiaries and providing information to others to meet product requirements;
- Reverse engineering – support the sales team with selecting equivalent EagleBurgmann products when receiving samples or visiting customer sites;
- Maintain records, prepare quality documentation for orders, and ensure traceability;
- Coordinate projects with associated tasks for strategic customers/international projects as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated 7-10 years of experience in the mechanical seal industry;
- Experience providing technical sales support in the mechanical seal industry, including assembly, dismantling, and fitment;
- 4 years of drawing experience using CAD software (Solid Edge and Cadra);
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to travel to client sites.
