At CB Canada, we are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineering Specialist to join our team in Milton, Ontario. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for championing the design, build, and development of assembly processes required to assemble full perimeter frames, front and rear cradles, and rear twist axles for our customers.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of manufacturing engineering experience within an automotive or related manufacturing industry. A degree or diploma in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering is essential. Experience in Project Management, CAD (preferably AutoCAD), and ability to work overtime to meet customer needs are also required.

This role offers a competitive salary of approximately $85,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience. In this role, you will have the opportunity to support new business quoting process, develop and improve packaging methods for new and existing programs, update current and prepare plant layout drawings, and assist in resolving quality, operational, production, and maintenance concerns.
