Job Opportunity: We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Asset Management Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our asset management team, you will play a crucial role in the development of contractual and commercial strategies for current and future asset management projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to maximize the sustainability and profitability of projects in the operational phase or becoming operational.
  • Participate in negotiations on commercial issues and contracts related to asset management, preparing financial analyses and risk assessments.
  • Author asset-management plans based on high-level financial analyses, site conditions, and external factors.
  • Prioritize initiatives related to optimizations and major CAPEX for projects in the operational phase.
  • Advise various parties involved in asset management during financing, acquisition, sales, or commissioning of new assets.

Requirements:

  • University or college education in finance, law, or engineering, with a concentration in business administration or MBA.
  • Excellent understanding of technical and contractual aspects.
  • Experience with strategic negotiations in contracts considered a plus.
  • Good business sense with strong financial analysis skills and mastery of financial models.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and management in a professional manner.
  • Active Driver's License Required.
