About the Role

This Maintenance Team Manager position is available at our Engineered Films Plant in Concord, Ohio. As part of our team, you will collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Environmental, Health & Safety, and Quality departments to support day-to-day operations and projects.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in plant maintenance or engineering leadership roles, with a proven ability to build rapport with operations and maintenance teams while leading change initiatives.

You will be responsible for optimizing production schedules, troubleshooting daily operational issues, managing the capital budget, and leading capital projects and process engineering initiatives to successful completion.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Operations: Optimize production schedules to minimize customer impact and improve efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot Daily Operational Issues: Serve as the primary contact for shift teams and address operational concerns promptly.
  • Manage Capital Budget: Proactively identify potential issues and make informed decisions to ensure project success.
  • Lead Capital Projects: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Drive Process Improvement: Identify areas for enhancement and implement changes to improve efficiency and quality.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in plant maintenance or engineering leadership roles.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, including automation, controls, and facility systems.
  • Possess excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
