Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Dairy Queen Duncan. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our business runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Budgeting and Cost Control: Develop and manage budgets to determine the cost of food, ingredients, and supplies, ensuring that we stay within our financial targets.
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of staff members, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service.
- Operations Management: Plan and organize daily operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and cash handling.
- Customer Service: Ensure that our customers receive exceptional service, responding to their complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that our restaurant meets all health and safety regulations, including food safety and hygiene standards.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and a strong attention to detail.
