Restaurant Operations Manager

Heritage Indian Cuisine Ltd. is seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our dining establishment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staff, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Supervise and motivate a team of 3-4 staff members to achieve high standards of service and quality.
- Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive a warm and welcoming experience, addressing any concerns or complaints in a professional manner.
- Operations: Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including inventory, cash handling, and health and safety regulations.
- Marketing: Participate in marketing plans and implementation to drive sales and growth.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
