The Role

We are seeking a seasoned Hospitality Operations Professional to lead our Housekeeping Department as Assistant Manager. As key player in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and service quality, you will oversee daily operations, ensure seamless coordination with Front Office, and provide expert guidance to our Housekeeping team members. In the absence of senior management, you will assume full responsibility for departmental leadership.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and control planned cleaning schedules, ensuring impeccable cleanliness standards throughout the property.
  • Collaborate closely with Front Office to guarantee timely readiness of guest accommodations according to Four Seasons' exacting standards.
  • Lead and mentor junior staff members, fostering a culture of excellence and supporting their growth within the Department.

Your Ideal Profile

To succeed in this dynamic role, you should possess:

  • A minimum of two to three years of progressive managerial or supervisory experience in a high-end hotel environment, specifically within Housekeeping.
  • Proven ability to manage within a unionized work setting.
  • Superior organizational and communication skills.
  • The capacity to multitask effectively while prioritizing multiple assignments.
  • Proficiency in operating computer equipment, particularly Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Familiarity with OPERA PMS and HotSOS software systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal English language skills.
  • Bonus points for fluency in additional languages, enhancing your career prospects.
  • Degree in Hospitality or related field advantageous.
