Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as a Senior Sales Strategist for Industrial Automation. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and profitability across assigned accounts, while supporting the development and execution of our strategic business plans.

Musashi AI North America is an innovation-focused organization that develops and builds turnkey automated part inspection solutions leveraging AI machine vision technologies for the industrial and consumer products markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer accounts, including quoting, change management, price tracking, sales planning, growth strategies, and conflict resolution.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals to upper management for new business opportunities.
  • Achieve approved growth and sales targets by designing and implementing a strategic business plan that expands our sales with existing customers.
  • Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
  • Present periodic sales forecasts to the management team for review.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of sales experience in the industrial automation or manufacturing industry.
  • A proven track record in creating sales plans, executing, and exceeding annual sales targets.
  • Successful recruitment, objective setting, performance monitoring of sales teams.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to execute company business plans and achieve sales targets.
  • Proficient in leveraging Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
