Strategic Organizational Development Leader

MILESTONE services LTD is seeking a Strategic Organizational Development Leader to join our team. This role is responsible for allocating resources to implement organizational policies and programs, authorizing the establishment of major departments, and coordinating the work of regions, divisions, or departments.
Key Responsibilities- Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate promotional campaigns, and approve overall human resources planning.
- Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization.
- Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, delegate necessary authority, and create optimum working conditions.
- 5-10 years of experience in a related field.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, interpersonal awareness, and team player abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Access, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Windows.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, with tight deadlines, and a large workload.
- Permanent position.
- 30 hours per week.
- English language required.
