Job Summary

Milestone Services LTD is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Organizational Development Leader to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving organizational growth and development through effective resource allocation, policy implementation, and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to drive growth and development
  • Allocate resources to support business objectives and ensure effective implementation of organizational policies
  • Collaborate with senior staff to establish departmental objectives and ensure alignment with organizational goals
  • Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions, ensuring effective communication and representation
  • Select and develop middle managers, directors, and other executive staff to drive business success
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Working Conditions
