Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Organizational Development Leader to join our team at B.C. LTD. as a Human Resources and Organizational Development Vice-President. The successful candidate will be responsible for allocating resources, establishing departments, and coordinating regional work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
  • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
  • Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments.
  • Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate promotional campaigns, and approve overall human resources planning.
  • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.
  • Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions.
  • Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, delegate authority, and create optimum working conditions.
Requirements
  • 5-10 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Interpersonal awareness and team player skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Fast-paced environment and large workload.
Work Conditions
  • Permanent position.
  • 30-35 hours per week.
